Ordering a harp
You can order your harp via email or by phoning us directly. If you choose email make sure you include the word HARP in the subject as there is a lot of junk mail around. Having the work HARP as a part of the subject will ensure that your email will not be deleted by mistake.
You can download this MS Excel table to estimate the cost of your order. Upon receiving your order we will give you a quote as they are options available and additional cost to shipping a harp.
Upon receiving your request for an order we will also give you a date for delivery. No deposit is necessary, but we require that you provide us with your full name, address and phone number. We make the harp and when it nears completion we invoice you. We ship when we receive the payment.
How do you ship your harps?
We ship from Vancouver Island using DanFoss Couriers within Canada and UPS or an independent freight company for the US. All shipping and insurance are prepaid to us before shipping. We construct a sturdy wooden shipping crate for the larger harps (Heritage and Dayspring harps), otherwise crates are engineered heavy cardboard boxes especially made for your harps. The cost of shipping across the country varies between $100 - $300. Our postage code is V9L 2J6 so you can estimate the cost of a shipment by using on line quote from difference freights providers. We will give you shipping price when you order a harp.
