What is HST?. During the 2010 spring the BC Government in conjunction with the federal government have agreed to change our provincial tax system by implementing the Harmonized Tax Sale (HST) instead of having 2 different taxes such as GST and PST. People in BC are not happy about it, but it is the law now. In other words, it is a tax grab because HST applies to Canada as a whole and is not limited to BC sales only as was PST. So now GST and PST do not exist anymore but we  have HST. Ontario and the Maritime Provinces have agreed to this new system too.

Harp prices do not include levers except where specified.

Warranty: Our harps are guaranteed for five (5) years to the original owner for defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty excludes damages due to abuse or neglect; (leaving the harp in a hot car or below freezing); damages due to improper stringing (using a heavier set of strings); replacement strings; and any damages due to improper usage, storage, transportation, or environmental conditions. In the event that a repair or replacement is needed on an instrument, (Josephus Harps's option), the owner should communicate the nature of the problem to Josephus Harps. If the harp needs to be shipped back it will be at the owner's expense. Josephus Harps will repair/replace the instrument and pay for the return shipping.

"Reward Yourself" Plan:  As of 2003 we have discountinued that program because it was not working as expected.
